In heat exchangers, the embedded tube plate is an important component. The existing titanium heat exchangers with tube plate and flange have the following shortcomings:

First, due to the characteristics of titanium and other materials can not be welded, flange and tube plate need titanium, therefore, a large increase in the use of titanium.

2. As the thickness of titanium material has a great influence on the design pressure, when the design pressure increases, the thickness of flange and tubesheet will increase synchronously.

For this reason, researchers have developed a kind of titanium heat exchanger which can adapt to different design pressures and can use the lining ring looper flange structure.

The structure of the three-layer composite tube plate titanium heat exchanger including tube plate and spacer pipe, rod, nut, locking ears, support plate, the u-shaped heat exchange tube, u-shaped tubes dogan, dogan u-shaped overlap together through the heat exchange tube, tube sheet, u-shaped tubes by locking ears fixed on the support plate, locking for the ear piece, multichip locking the ear spacing Settings, such as locking is a set between the ears Distance tube, one end of the pull rod is connected to the tube plate, the other end passes through the distance tube, anti-loose support ear after pressing through the nut, the tube plate is made of three layers of composite material. The buffer sleeve between u-shaped heat exchange tube and tube plate is made of steel. The U-shaped heat exchange tube is welded to the tubesheet after passing through it. Each layer of tube plate is TA9+Q345R+TA9.
