Basic Environmental Policy
The North Alloys contributes to the realization of globally environmental preservation and the building of a　reduce-reuse-recycle society through the activities harmonizing with environmental preservation and socio-economic development.

Organization for Environmental Preservation
1. According to the policy, a head office, Factories, research laboratories jointly promote the measures from the viewpoint of environmental preservation and energy and resource conservation.
2. We establish, maintain and improve Environmental Management System, e.g. ISO14001 to promote and ensure our voluntary and consecutive activities for environmental preservation.

Environmental Preservation in Business Activities
1. In case of selecting a plant location, installing new facilities and conducting various production activities, the North Alloys assesses environmental influences in a scientific manner, and takes adequate measures accordingly. We observe national and local environmental laws and regulations, and voluntarily take suitable actions for environmental preservation.
2. When we conduct overseas business activities, import raw materials and export finished goods, we consider their influences to the environment.
3. When purchasing materials and goods for manufacturing, we comprehensively consider the influences to the environment for the life span in addition to quality, cost, delivery and service.

Personnel Training
The North Alloys provides its employees with ample opportunities for training to rear the personnel who can act with full awareness of the importance of environmental preservation.
