Composition and principle of the hydraulic system of titanium reaction kettle

In the production of titanium sponge, after the reduction reaction of titanium sponge in the titanium reactor is completed, the materials in the label must be cleaned. Therefore, the reactor must be turned from the vertical state to the horizontal state. After cleaning, it is turned from the horizontal state to Vertical state. The following is the composition and working principle of the hydraulic system of the turning machine in the reactor:

The structure of the titanium sponge reaction kettle 90-degree turning machine is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical part, hydraulic system and electronic control system. Among them, the mechanical part is composed of turning frame, support frame, support wheel, supporting arm, supporting wheel and so on. The principle of hydraulic system, as shown in Figure 2, is mainly composed of plunger pump, single rod piston cylinder, overflow net, electromagnetic reversing net, superimposed one-way throttle net, superimposed hydraulic control one-way net, oil filter and The fuel tank and other components.

The working principle of the turning machine is: the hydraulic turning machine is in the vertical turning state. The crane hoists the reaction kettle to the hydraulic turning machine. The electromagnet 1YA is energized through the vertical position turning button on the electric control console, and the electromagnetic reversing net works in the left position. The oil enters the lower cavity of the single rod piston hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, the plunger pump, the left position of the electromagnetic reversing net, the superposition hydraulic control check valve (left net), the superposition hydraulic control throttle net and the auxiliary net). He pushes the connecting rod to move to the left, and drives the turning frame to drive the reactor to turn from the vertical state to the horizontal state.

After the reactor is turned to the horizontal state, the materials in the reactor are manually cleaned. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnet 2YA is energized through the horizontal position flip button on the electrical control console, and the electromagnetic reversing net works at the right position. The oil enters the upper cavity of the single rod piston hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, the plunger system, the right position of the electromagnetic reversing net, the superimposed hydraulic control one-way net (right net), the superimposed hydraulic control throttle valve (the net), and the single rod piston hydraulic cylinder. The oil in the lower cavity of the hydraulic cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the superimposed hydraulic control throttling left net), superimposed hydraulic control one-way left net), and reversing net. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder pushes the continuous movement to the right and drives the turning frame. The reaction kettle is turned over from the horizontal state to the vertical state for hoisting, and the titanium reaction kettle is lifted away from the hydraulic turning machine by a crane.
