The draft of
tungsten concentrate, which was revised by ganzhou institute of nonferrous metallurgy, was approved at the final meeting of nonferrous standards examination (pre-examination) of the national nonferrous metals standards committee held in Qingdao, shandong.
The revision of the industry standard of tungsten concentrate was recommended by the secretariat of the minor metals sub-standard committee to be included in the revision plan of 2005 ~ 2006.Ganzhou nonferrous metallurgy research institute, according to the project requirements, organized the relevant departments and personnel to carry out serious work, on the basis of more than 30 representative mines and smelting enterprises across the country to request revision opinions by letter, completed the nonferrous standard "tungsten concentrate" draft.
The standard of tungsten concentrate was issued after renumbering the original national standard of technical conditions of tungsten concentrate during the standard cleaning and consolidation in 1994, and its technical content and standard text remained unchanged. The original standard has been issued and implemented for more than 20 years, which is quite different from the actual situation of current production and trade. Tungsten ore resources, especially wolframite resources gradually decreased, domestic smelting technology level has been greatly improved, most tungsten concentrate production mines and smelting enterprises are no longer strictly implement the standard, many enterprises have put forward the revision of "tungsten concentrate" standard requirements.
Revised tungsten concentrate "trial version to the original standard varieties changed from 20 to 15, super keep only 1 a black, white tungsten concentration, cancelled the first Ⅲ class, increase the level 3, 4, 5 and tungsten fine mud types; The chemical composition of each variety was modified accordingly. The revised new standard of tungsten concentrate will play a positive role in improving the comprehensive utilization level of tungsten resources, the recovery rate of tungsten ore, the technical level of tungsten smelter and the comprehensive economic benefits of tungsten industry.
